Statelessness Reading Group

The Peter McMullin Centre on Statelessness is thrilled to relaunch the reading group on statelessness in 2024. The aim is to create a space for in-depth discussion of texts on the topics of statelessness, nationality, citizenship and related topics, as well as to foster connections between those interested in these topics.

The reading group will meet monthly on Wednesdays from 3-4pm. Below are the dates for the first half of the year.

20 March
24 April
22 May
19 June

The reading group will be in a hybrid format, so as to be accessible to those not able to attend in person. The readings, meeting room within the Melbourne Law School and Zoom link will be communicated via email in advance of each session. For those attending in person, we will arrange for a beverage.

Centre Graduate Researchers Sumedha Choudhury and Andrea Immanuel are running the Statelessness Reading Group this year. If you are interested in joining the group, please email  aimmanuel@student.unimelb.edu.au or sumedhac@student.unimelb.edu.au.
