Kumaravadivel Guruparan

Kumaravadivel Guruparan is a practicing lawyer based in Jaffna, Sri Lanka, specialising in civil appellate litigation, property law, law of trusts, administrative law and human rights law. He is the Founding Director of the Jaffna Institute for Law and Policy. He was previously a Research Fellow in International Law at the Royal Institute for International Affairs (Chatham House) between March and September 2021 and Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Jaffna.
