Shawkat Alam

Shawkat Alam is a Professor at Macquarie University and a leading expert in International and Environmental Law, with a focus on trade, sustainability, and developing economies. He authored "Sustainable Development and Free Trade" (Routledge, 2008) and co-edited "International Natural Resources Law, Investment and Sustainability" (Routledge, 2018) and "International Environmental Law and the Global South" (Cambridge, 2015).
