Global learning opportunities

Melbourne Law School allows students to participate in semester-long and short-term programs of study for credit at other well-recognised law schools.

  • Study Overseas program

    Melbourne Law School students have the opportunity to undertake a semester of study for credit with Exchange Partners–leading accredited institutions–at locations across the USA, Canada, Europe, China and more.

  • Non-partner programs

    Independent Study Abroad allows Melbourne Law School students to participate in short-term study programs at overseas law schools of accredited institutions (excluding Exchange partners) for subject credit.

  • Study Abroad at Oxford

    The Study Abroad at Oxford program is open to Melbourne Law Masters students enrolled in the Master of Laws, Master of Tax or Master of International Tax.
