Centre for Corporate Law
The Centre for Corporate Law undertakes and promotes research on corporate law and provides a focal point for those working in this area. The activities of the Centre include teaching, delivering a strong research program, and conducting conferences and seminars.
The Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia staff, and faculty members associated with the centre and institute, teach in the degree programs of Melbourne Law School and supervise graduate researchers.
Starting in 2020, the Centre for Resources, Energy and Environmental Law holds its Annual Lecture presented by prominent figures in the field.

The Corporate Governance and Workplace Partnerships Project will examine the interaction between several key factors in the creation and sustainability of 'Partnerships at Work'. The project proposes to discover how these various factors (particular employment systems, forms of corporate governance and ownership structures) have interacted so as to give rise to — or fail to give rise to — 'high performance' partnership-style relations at work.
