What the Social Inclusion Agenda Means for the Integration of Labour Market Regulation and Social Policy
This research project was funded by the University of Melbourne's Social Justice Initiative, and examined the Rudd Government's 'Social Inclusion Agenda', investigating the interaction between labour market regulation and social policy regimes under the Agenda from a social justice perspective.

This project examined the way that enterprises are regulated with respect to work activity, looking at various instruments of regulation, and how these are ordered or interrelate. It also looks at the content of these instruments, and what impact this has on workplace regulation and relations.

Work Choices Analysis
The Centre for Employment and Labour Relations Law engaged in comprehensive and long-term analysis of the Work Choices legislation enacted by federal parliament in late 2005, and submitted a detailed critique of the proposed amendments to the Senate Inquiry on the Work Choices Bill.
